Exploring Somerset
Crafts

There are so many amazing artists and crafts people here in the county, many of them featured here and on Be Somerset too.

Twenty-two of them display

their work at Somerset Crafts at the Avalon Marshes Centre,

and it's full of all kinds of treasure! Check out the blog very soon for a little Somerset cool visit.

Sunset at Ham Wall nature reserve Somerset with starlings flying
           In search of
         Starlings

For the past 9 years, I've regularly visited Ham Wall Nature Reserve and the surrounding areas, to see the starling murmurations. Like many people, I'm a little bit obsessed! Have a read of the blog to discover more, and also listen to my adventure with nature photographer Carl Bovis as we saw hundreds of thousands of our feathered friends put on quite a display!

Be Somerset Radio will start broadcasting live towards the end of the year, but right now there are a whole host of fantastic, big-hearted interviews you can hear on demand. Want to listen again to Jenn's chat with Kevin Rowland? We got you covered!

Want to hear what motivated Matt Watson to set up a restaurant in his own Bruton cottage? That's on there too. We're adding new (and old) chats all the time, so head to be Somerset.com now to find out what all the fuss is about!
